Our Anti-Fraud Policy

Our “raison d’être” is based on the trust that parents need when they read reviews of products and services for their children. Kinfo collects reviews from mums, dads, uncles, grandmothers, etc., and we guarantee that the experiences they report are genuine, honest and non-biased. We want the reporting to be easy to do so we don’t stop anyone from posting, however, we can control/tweak content (usually for clearer understanding) and will remove the review if we think this it is not genuine, appropriate, or against our Terms of Use.

We also work with brands and business owners to help them collect genuine reviews of their services/products. We do this by contacting their customers – with permission – and ask them to share their feedback. 100% of the reviews collected come from “real” (tried and tested) clients. We don’t select a portion of clients nor do we “hide” any of their feedback.

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards fake reviews and fake users’ profiles. Detecting problems is not an exact science but we are committed to monitoring all reviews collected, reviewing and controlling ones that appear suspicious, removing reviews that we think are fake.
